History of AgentD22 Data solutions

2005

Foundation of the analytical bureau that became the predecessor of AgentD22 Data solutions. First projects: due diligence for Russian banks, beneficiary research for M&A deals. A team of 3 people working from a home office.

2008

The first major contract with a government body: OSINT monitoring of infrastructure projects. Our proprietary triple cross-reference methodology was developed. The team grew to 12 people and an office was rented in Moscow.

2011

Launch of our first software product — a parser of court records. Automation of the routine part of data collection. Client base: top-20 banks and 5 Big 4 consulting firms.

2014

Rebranding to AgentD22 Data solutions. Entry into the international market: projects across Cyprus, the BVI, the UK and the US. Integration with OpenCorporates, World-Check and commercial databases. The team reached 35 people.

2017

Development of the blockchain practice: crypto asset tracing for law enforcement and banks. First cases involving laundering through DeFi and mixers. Partnerships with Chainalysis and TRM Labs.

2020

COVID pivot: a full move to remote work and a wider hiring geography. Launch of an internal OSINT academy for new analysts. More than 200 clients.

2022

Expansion of the compliance practice: work with sanctions packages (EU, UK, US, OFAC) and counterparty screening. ISO 27001 certification. The team passed 80 people.

2024

MVP of the SaaS platform for automating OSINT and due diligence. LLM integration for summarisation and source scoring. Opening of the Dubai hub for the MENA region. 3,000+ completed projects, clients in 15 countries.
